program of Christ Channel Network, a 501 (c ) 3 non-profit
organization, We are in the process of securing a $2,000,000
grant from the government for the acquisition/purchase of a
mobile home park in Southern California.
We therefore would like you to mail to us details of a mobile
home park you have for sale around $2million . please let your
package includes the following:
1. Property location
2. Park approved Map
3. Pictures of the park
4. List of current Resident household currently living at the
park
5. Financial feasibility and loan security,
6. Rent roll and recurring charges,
7.Certifications of Residents support for sale or surveys
indicating two-thirds of the residents support conversion of the
park.
8. The name of professional services you intend to use in the
process of the mobile home purchase.

The purpose of this government $2m grants to us is to allow our
