We are building a network of manufactured home loan professionals for In Park and Leased Land loans. We provide streamline access to the major chattel lenders and offer specialized In House programs. Our network, underwriting, processing and software are top notch. Our references are excellent.

We are growing cautiously and are in tune with compliance and new Reg Z requirements. We are looking to establish broker relationships as we continue to expand. If you are licensed broker, retailer or community operator and want to work in a proven system, we would like to talk. We have a generous revenue sharing plan, provide sound database services, periodic leads and protected territories. Whether you originate one park loan a year or many, we offer a reliable chattel lending system.

We are currently looking to establish relationships with licensed brokers in Florida, Maryland, Delaware, Colorado, Utah, Montana and Idaho. This is for In Park and leased land only and will not conflict with your FHA or Conventional real estate lending.
