Announcing... The 1st Ever
Mobile Home Park Bus Immersion
Join
Frank and Dave in Dallas, Texas on Saturday April 12,
2008 and we will deliver an action packed day of:
-
Visiting Mobile Home Parks
-
Discussing Their Good and Bad
Points
-
Walking a Couple of Mobile
Home Parks
-
Answering your Questions
until the wee hours of the
night!
Why just talk about
mobile home parks when you can see them first hand?
And what better place
to see them than on board an executive luxury bus!

Here's How it Works:
We meet in Dallas on
the morning of April 12, 2008 at a hotel near the DFW
Airport at 8:30 a.m.
We board the bus and
leave by 9:00
a.m. and drive around until 6 pm stopping only for lunch
and walking around a few mobile home parks.
Frank and I will talk
continuously about the parks we are seeing and also
deliver speeches during lunch and dinner.
After
dinner, we will answer your questions until the
restaurant closes!
After that, we will
board the bus and return to the hotel.
We see as many parks as
possible and point out their good and bad points!
We
guarantee you'll learn more from this one day experience
than you will from sitting in a convention hall while
the speakers pitch you their products.
-
Have you ever wanted to know whether a mobile home
park is a good one to buy, just from pulling up to
it on the street? We’ll show you how to evaluate
the age, construction, density, location and utility
systems of a park – at just a glance! By the end of
the day, you’ll know a 1950s park from a 1990s.
-
Would you like to know what good utility and bad
utility systems look like? We’ll be looking at a
whole bunch of parks, and point out the ones in good
shape from the ones that are more questionable. Plus
we’ll show you which pipes are which on a standard
lot.
-
Do you have any questions for Frank & Dave?
We’ll be fully accessible the entire time for any
question you might have.
-
Do you enjoy a great dinner? We’re going to
have dinner as a group at Cattlemen’s Steakhouse in
the historic stockyards section of Ft. Worth – it’s
the best in Dallas/Ft. Worth. We’ll give some
speeches and answer more questions during dinner.
Dinner is included in the bus ticket.
-
Do you like a terrific deal? We’ve priced these
tickets at only $259.00
for the entire adventure, including a fancy dinner.
We can only sell 50 – that’s as many as the bus
holds. By the way, the bus is a super-fancy modern
excursion bus – not the one you rode to school on.
-
This opportunity will never happen again.
That’s right. This trip is a test for a soon to be
announced series of regional “Boot Camps”, which
will cost about 10 times as much. Since it’s
a test, we’ve priced it cheap to make it a real deal
for our clients. The Boot Camps will be much longer
and much more in-depth – but cost about $3,000. If
you want to get a whole lot of information really
cheap, this is a once-in-a-lifetime deal!
