Cirus
Development Company was founded in 1986 for the purpose of handling
the construction needs of sister companies, Newport Pacific and
Modular Lifestyles throughout the eleven states of the Western
Region of the United States.
Starting
with rehabs, build-outs and tenant improvements in commercial
properties managed by Newport, Cirus' business grew over the years
to include consulting work, installation of homes, new construction
of mobile home park facilities (such as club houses/recreation
buildings), custom built garages for mobile homes, and, finally,
mobile home park development.
Michael
Sullivan, President of Cirus Development, is a California licensed
general contractor. Energetic administration of service,
construction, and purchasing agreements is an essential component of
successful development operations. Cirus' goal is to warrant that
each client receives quality workmanship, reduced liability, and
cost effective services. Recently completed was the development of a
new mobile home park in Tehachapi, CA, and an expansion of 22 spaces
to an existing park in Ojai, CA.
