VISALIA, California, January 8th, 2007 –
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment
Brokerage Company, the nation’s largest real

announced the sale of a Mooney Grove Mobile
Manor in Visalia, California. This well maintained
mobile home park
commanded a sales price of $6,800,000. David
Rogers and Eric Coulsell investment specialists

had the exclusive listing to market the property
on behalf of a California-based private
investor. They also secured and represented the
buyer in the transaction, a California based investment group.
Mooney Grove Mobile Manor is located at
26814 South Mooney Boulevard
in the city of Visalia, California. Mooney Grove Mobile Manor is a

Kern Mobile Home Community is located at
8300 Kern Canyon Road,
in the growing eastern corridor of Bakersfield. The park has

is located just two hours outside of

County. The City covers
approximately 115 square miles

Fresno,
California. This 50 space
mobile
home park commanded a sales price of $1,670,000.
David Rogers and Eric Coulsell, investment
specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Ontario office, had the
exclusive listing to market the property on
behalf of a California-based private investor.
They also secured and represented the buyer in
the transaction, a
California
based investment group.
