My name is Robert D. Domini, MBA, MAI.  I am a real estate appraiser located in Perrysburg, Ohio in a historic building which housed the police and fire department in the early 1900s.  From our Toledo-area location were service the entire Midwest specializing in churches and eminent domain cases.  We also do tax appeal work throughout a wide area.  My personal key specialty is providing eminent domain appraisals for litigation.

Our company, however, has done a great many mobile home parks, RV parks and hotel/motels.  One of my tax appeal cases is taking me to Cleveland to appraise a major landmark hotel facility in the center of downtown.  I also do appraisals for the U.S. Department of Interior and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  I am a State Certified appraiser in the states of Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida.  Other states are available upon request for larger projects.
